 Through intelligent analysis of all road traffic flow data, the system establishes a traffic analysis algorithm library to calculate traffic parameters at the road section and road network levels. Upon traffic analysis and prediction, it develops a road network traffic flow prediction model, capable of deducing future road and intersection traffic parameters with initial parameters and operating conditions and forming system-level traffic trend predictions. The model automatically generates and issues signal timing control schemes according to predictions to achieve fully-actuated automatic intersection traffic signal control and optimization of trunk line coordination control.

I. Smart Traffic Signal Cloud Control Platform

The sigCloud Smart Traffic Signal Cloud Control Platform adopts next-generation information technologies including cloud computing, big data and artificial intelligence, and incorporates the concepts of “software definition” and “Internet + signal control” into its design. Apart from functions of traditional signal control system, it also presents the following features:

 Powerful and flexible "dual loop" control.

 Multi-layer signal optimization, including sudden offline optimization, real-time adaptive AI optimization, and global data timing optimization.


The brand-new UI design introduces a lot of graphical visualization actions, making the signal control system easier to operate and understand.

Vehicle-road collaboration and third-party value-added services. The system seamlessly supports third-party value-added services such as traffic signal based vehicle-road collaboration, intelligent navigation, and in-vehicle signal lights.

II. IoV-Based Signal Machine

The sigTsc traffic signal machine is developed in response to the application of next-gen signal control platform software. The signal machine design is not only in line with standardized data structure, but also equipped with new functions such as dynamic green time ratio optimization, single-point tactical adjustment, and dual-loop actuated control to meet the requirements of regional control optimization of next-gen signal control platform, such as center coordinated control, center adaptive control, intersection overflow control, traffic dispersion plan control and offline optimization control. Its data structure design has fully accounted for the needs of future vehicle-road collaboration.    

 The product has passed the GB/T20999-2017 standard, with added functions such as dynamic green time ratio optimization, single-point tactical adjustment, and dual-loop based single-point adaptive control.
